Goal: 
The Art and Design Department needs to be accurately represented, and able to communicate to both prospective and current students as well as alumni.
Research: 
I interviewed several Bethel students, both majors and non-majors, to gather personal insights into the perceived and authentic personality and voice of the department. Additionally, I analyzed Bethel's identity and explored potential possibilities.
Execution: 
    ~ Diverse design, lots of personality, and spunk. 
    ~ Raw authentic artwork and statistics. 
    ~ Friendly + bold language. 
    ~ Display the Dept. as a FRIEND.

Instagram stories are the primary source of engagement. 
Student Highlight - showcases student artwork weekly.

Make it into something - a random line that can be transformed into something and reposted.

Inform
The content should add value to the viewer. 
Create content that reinforces the strategic message about the Art + Design Department. One of the main takeaways from the research step was that the A&D department did not want to be perceived as lazy, a hobby, or "artsy." We want to be seen as an educated, hardworking, passionate group of people who can and will get jobs. The informational post should subtly set a foundation for this idea. 
Informational posts include "by the number" to boast positive statistics about the department. 
Meet our faculty posts, that can share about the professor, including what they teach and fun facts about them.
Any event/opportunity information, to keep everyone in the know about on and off-campus opportunities, such as gallery showings, artist talks, and creative possibilities.

Promote
The goal was to ensure the content remained fresh and authentic.
Promoting the Art and Design Department should involve showcasing and celebrating the department's exceptional qualities, as well as the creativity and dedication of its students.
Promotional posts feature images of hands-on creation, allowing viewers to envision themselves in the moment. They also include photos of students with their work and student highlights, both of which boost morale within the department and showcase its achievements to a wider audience. 
The focus of the promotional content is to bring awareness to the authentic work being produced by the department.
