Stewarding Eden

Branding project for the 2025 Whole Health Conference.

The Conference theme is "Stewarding Eden." Based on Genesis 2:15, "The LORD God took the man and placed him in the garden of Eden to work it and watch over it." Biblical stewardship means being a caretaker of God's kingdom, waking up to the responsibility we hold because we are made in the image of God.

Goals

Convey the theme: Stewarding Eden. Revitalize and restore the conference's visual identity while amplifying its significance. Highlight the tension between responsibility and freshness.

Research

I analyzed the Whole Health Conference and developed a theme for its 2025 season, inspired by its holistic and Christian values. I created content emphasizing relevance, restoration, holistic health, and natural living.

Execution

~ This theme should visually convey the key ideas of relevance and restoration.

~ Use of photographic elements that bring to life the concept of stewardship.

~ Colors, Shapes, and typography that convey ideas: organic, inviting, active, calm, and natural.

Promotional Deliverables

Banner stands to sit next to a check-in table, adding a welcoming presence and helpful direction. The left banner shows the theme and the right has the conference and "check in here."

Conference Stage Design

8.5ft height, 15ft length, 6ft width.

The stage is made from wood, the base is painted blue.

There is room in the center for a screen. Can be mounted or a drop-down projector.

Vinyl print can be put on the front surface to create a gradient and pattern.

Painted wood stencil cut from a CNC Router. There are two layers.

The detailed top layer could be thinner and cut by laser.

Customizable Slide Deck Template

Slide Deck template, with theme branding, can be used on Canva by anyone to create slides for the conference.

Photo Opt

People can walk between the back wall and the shapes in front. Made from Wood, Cut by CNC Router. Then painted and assembled. Vinyl SE sticker. Shapes have braces on the back to help them stand.
